This five-bedroom house in Kyloe, Northumberland, was once a grade II-listed Georgian church. A couple bought it for £92,000 (which seems ridiculously cheap for a church, but I don’t know the going rate) and spent £300,000 in renovations, increasing the house’s worth to ~£650,000.
