I’ve had my current glasses for about six years, so I’m in the market for something new. I really like the round frames Matt Damon is wearing as Linus Caldwell in Ocean’s Eleven (left) and the two-tone frames Stanley Tucci is wearing as… himself (right).
I think my ideal pair would be 3/4 opaque black with a translucence that is only apparent in the right kind of light. I could also spring for a two-tone black and dark gray equivalent of Tucci’s frames.
I don’t want a brown frame because, as an Indian, I am already brown (~), so any clothes-brown I wear (if ever) tends to be much different than my skin-brown. I would try a dark, dark brown frame, though.
I’m hesitant to pick a white, silver, or clear frame because I think it could look too costumey on me.
Do you have any recommendations?
